Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in comparable ways. They can remember your choices, keep a site working correctly, or help the site owner understand how the site is used.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are needed for this website to work. They cannot be switched off through our cookie settings. They are used for things such as:
- Remembering your cookie preferences
- Keeping you signed in to the Connected Onboarding portal
- Protecting forms and sign-in from misuse
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the essential functions of this website, including reading every page and submitting an enquiry.
Preference cookies
Preference cookies remember choices you have made, such as your cookie consent and display preferences, so you are not asked again on every visit.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. These are only set if you accept them. If you reject them, no analytics cookies are placed.
Third-party and embedded services
Some pages include content provided by other organisations. When that content loads, the provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. We do not control those cookies.
Calendly booking calendar
Our booking section embeds a scheduling calendar provided by Calendly. Calendly may set cookies to operate the calendar and remember your booking session.
Because the calendar is a non-essential embedded service, it is not loaded until you accept non-essential cookies. If you have rejected them, we show a button that opens the booking calendar in a new tab instead, so you can still book a call without accepting cookies on this site.
Managing your choices
When you first visit the site you can:
- Accept all cookies
- Reject non-essential cookies
- Manage preferences and choose each category separately
Your choice is remembered on your device. You can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and let you clear cookies already stored. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this and other websites from working properly. Guidance for your browser is usually found under Settings, then Privacy or Security.
Retention periods
- Consent preference: stored for up to 12 months, then you will be asked again
- Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser
- Analytics cookies, where accepted: retained for the period set by the provider, typically up to 24 months
- Calendly cookies, where the calendar is loaded: retained for the period set by Calendly
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the cookies or embedded services we use. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
